Originally from Spain, I moved to Bainbridge Island for love and found a welcoming community in a beautiful landscape I now call home. From this international journey, I truly understand that buying or selling a house is not just a simple transaction, it’s about building your life. My approach to real estate begins with understanding my clients and earning their confidence. As a natural communicator, I love to listen to people’s stories, learn their goals, and help prioritize their needs. While no property transaction is completely stress-free, my clients appreciate my energetic personality and infectious optimism combined with fierce negotiation skills.

To assist international clients, besides English, I am also fluent in Spanish and French, plus conversational in Italian and Chinese. Together, we identify and articulate the unique character of a property, making it easier for both buyers and sellers to recognize its potential. I add value to this process from my professional background as an architect and urban planner. With experience in Paris and Madrid in addition to Bainbridge Island, I blend a modern, urban, and European perspective with an appreciation for the Pacific Northwest’s emphasis on space, light, and the natural world. This combination of communication and negotiation skills, international specialization, and the particular ability to unite architecture and real estate makes me a unique real estate partner for my clients.

In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors with my family. My husband Connor, my two little sons Mateo and Marcos, and I are often playing golf, skiing, hiking, or camping around Washington. We are also passionate international travelers, often returning to Spain and always eager to discover new places and cultures!
