I spent 20+ years in Global Business Development for a Fortune 100 company before decamping to Bainbridge Island and devoting myself to a full time Real Estate career.
Through my extensive background in sales, I became adept at the art of listening to my clients, discovering their most important goals and finding the best solutions to meet those goals. My clients ranged from NBCUniversal and Disney to University of Washington and Seattle Public Schools. Along the way, I picked up valuable lessons in negotiating, tenacity and patience.
My philosophy is simple: clients come first.
I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients. My enthusiasm for Bainbridge Island is as sincere as it is infectious.
When not selling real estate, I can be found taking full advantage of all that life in such a beautiful place has to offer. Riding one of our many trails, either on mountain bike or horseback, paddle boarding in summer, arranging flowers at Bloedel Reserve or hanging with my family at one of our many favorite spots in town are just a few ways I am enjoying Sound living.

We were living out of state and Susan kept us abreast of new homes as they came on the market. She has an extensive local knowledge and was able to guide us towards locations that would appeal to us. Her honest opinion and willingness to FaceTime prospective homes saved us a lot of time. Susan is a responsive and clear communicator and really goes the extra mile. During a snowy weekend visit, she arranged for a driver from the airport and then personally took us around to look at properties. The transaction itself had some challenges but Susan stayed calm, working with the seller's realtor and our mortgage broker.
