I contacted Michelle Holland by email when my husband and I were seriously considering buying on Bainbridge Island. We had been tracking the listings for months. Michelle was always prompt with her email responses and was never pushy, just helpful. We communicated by email for at least a month before we actually met to see the first home. Michelle is very knowledgeable about the different areas as she and her family live on the island. She was always focused on what was best for us and didn't push us into buying a home under circumstances that were not favorable to us (sellers reluctance to perform etc.) and guided us through the fierce negotiating process. We made offers and negotiated on 3 homes before we finally found the right one. She stayed up late into the night when she was sick to help us seal the deal. I cannot say enough great things about Michelle, she has become a friend too, not just my Realtor. There should be another review on ethics, she gets 5 stars!
