Due to buying from out of state, I purchased without seeing the property. They went the extra mile to FaceTime with me, meet my inspector, and get my closing done within record time! Nancy listened to what we were looking for. She was very patient while being enthusiastic and energetic. In selling our home , Nancy was our cheerleader in getting our home ready to sell and be able to get top dollar. She had great ideas and helped us see them through.

Nancy handled a long-distance sale for us (a WA condo with owners in southern CA), and she did everything. She arranged and oversaw painting and repairs, dealt with the buyer's agent and negotiator, arranged for electronic procedures for our signatures and multiple other matters , advised us on pricing and marketing, etc. She staged the property beautifully. And she did all this with a sunny good humor and positive attitude that were a pleasure to work with. Her strategies for showings were well thought out. We could not have asked for a better experience, and the sale was closed within four weeks from going on the market. We recommend her most highly, without qualification.

Nancy Rees is a true professional, and a joy to work with. She was able to sell my home in a down market. I felt she gave 110% by giving me an honest assessment of what I needed to do to spruce up my house, top-notch staging, quality photography, and utilized all of the marketing tools available. She put in the hours by holding numerous open houses and walking me through all the steps of a real estate transaction. I would recommend Nancy in a heartbeat.

Nancy's energy, knowledge of not only the real estate market but also her decorating/staging expertise is what sold our house.
