Michelle was always prompt with her email responses and was never pushy, just helpful. We communicated by email for at least a month before we actually met to see the first home. She was always focused on what was best for us and didn't push us into buying a home under circumstances that were not favorable to us (sellers reluctance to perform etc.) and guided us through the fierce negotiating process.
