If I could give 10 stars to Maureen, I would. She is that amazing. We were under a lot of stress, making some significant life changes, and very attached to the home we decided to sell. I fear we were a little difficult, because of our emotional attachment to our beautiful home and its very special location on the Hood Canal. However, Maureen treated all our concerns and feelings with compassion and respect, never making us feel like we were being pressured into anything. In the end, we trusted her expertise and were rewarded with a quick sale and terms even better then we could have hoped for. She is definitely a full hands-on agent helping us with everything, from organizing inspections and walking us through obtaining a documented easement, to facilitating cleanup and yard work. I am not sure how we would have survived the process without her.

Maureen is a wonderful person and an excellent realtor. When you work with her it feels like working with family. The amount of time and care she puts into her job is so apparent when she is working with you. She helped us buy our first house. There is so much to learn and so many questions to ask. None of that was too much for her. Maureen was always available to answer any questions or connect us with someone that could. We would not of been in as good of a position to buy a home if we had been with another agent and we really believe we may not be in a home right now if it was not for Maureen.

Outstanding! Maureen’s passion for helping people really shines through. Here’s a person that listens and understands when you explain your goals and aspirations and will go the extra mile to make them a reality. Her knowledge of the area and what to expect is remarkable and has a realistic view of what is attainable and what isn’t. My daughter and I are in a perfectly comfortable home and Maureen had set our comfort as a priority. 5 stars is an understatement.

Maureen went way beyond our expectations in handling the sale of our property. From the day she accepted the assignment she poured her heart into seeing that a good price was achieved within a short time frame. She immediately identified the visual deficiencies of the property and proceeded to take responsibility for getting them quickly remedied. At every step of the process she always kept our interests first and was very responsive to all of our questions. After receiving numerous offers Maureen quickly analyzed the pros and cons of each for our decision making process. We were thrilled to sell the property at a price well above our asking price. She was always patient with us and was a real pleasure to work with.
