For anyone in the area looking to buy a house, I highly recommend Kim Coletti. She’s based on Bainbridge Island but works in the greater Seattle area as well. She has a level of customer service that is not often found around here and is extremely client focused. Her clients come first, always. She’s incredible at crunching numbers and seeing all the angles too. Important qualities in home buying/selling especially in our neck of the woods.
